Our customers run hundreds of events annually across various locations, including Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Madrid, Paris, Tokyo, and Sydney.
About the Role
We are a venture-capital-backed startup experiencing high growth and are seeking talented individuals to help us reach the next level. This internship has the potential to lead to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on customer event requests, including sourcing, selecting event service vendors, budgeting, and tailoring customer proposals.
- Assist with customer communication across various channels and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Support our senior event project manager on complex event projects, gaining autonomy and building relationships with customers.
- Contribute to improving our offering by curating our catalog, suggesting experiences, creating packages, and building relationships with partners worldwide.
Requirements
- Be autonomous, resourceful, proactive, analytical, curious, and an excellent communicator.
- Have previous experience in the event management industry, with international experience being a plus.
- Be fluent in English and French, with another language being an asset.
- Be comfortable reaching out and assisting people, or be eager to learn.
