Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team as the assistant of our founder in charge of Sales, Project management, Marketing and Communication. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the founder with daily operations and implementing the company's strategic vision and execution.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Project Management Support
  • Assist the founder in identifying and contacting potential clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Help in the preparation of sales support documents, including presentations, proposals, and benchmarking.
  • Support the project management team, including tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  1. Marketing and Communication
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance GRACE's brand awareness and promote its services.
  • Support the marketing and communication team in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Lead the creation of marketing and communication content, including campaigns, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Manage social media and content creation on all our channels to foster client and partner engagement.
  • Oversee the production and promotion of our corporate media, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and strengthens our positioning in the industry.
  • Assist in the planning and management of pre-production activities.
  • Handle post-production tasks, including editing and uploading.
  • Ensure timely release of publication and manage the media calendar.
  • Lead the community management.
Requirements

Job Requirements

  1. Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field with a specialization in luxury and digital marketing.
  2. Luxury Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury market, its intricacies, and customer expectations.
  3. Content Creation and Community Management: Having a background or a strong interest in digital media and previous experience in community management is a significant advantage.
  4. Sales and Project Management: Demonstrated skills in sales and project management, from conception to delivery, with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
  5. Marketing and Communication Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with luxury brands and internal teams.
  7. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to be multitask, work under short deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
  8. Digital/Tech Savvy: Experience with digital/tech projects or a strong sensitivity to them is a plus.
