Luminary Group is partnering with a global leader in scientific instrumentation to drive sales and business growth for HPLC/Mass Spectrometry products in France.

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced System Sales Manager to manage and expand key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for HPLC/Mass Spectrometry products in France.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the scientific research, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Technical Support, to provide customized solutions to clients and address their specific needs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
  • Sales Enablement: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the features and benefits of HPLC/Mass Spectrometry products.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Participation: Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and other relevant events to network with potential clients and promote Luminary Group's offerings.
  • Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of HPLC/Mass Spectrometry instruments and related consumables.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the scientific instrumentation industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the scientific research, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries in France.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to understand and present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience.
