Job Description

As a French Market Sales Strategist at Douglas GmbH, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the French market. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new partnerships.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client campaigns and drive international exchange with the sales team to use synergies across markets. You will also collaborate with local departments to upskill partners on Retail Media and gain a detailed understanding of retail media responsibilities and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the French market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new partnerships
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation
  • Drive international exchange with the sales team to use synergies across markets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Sales & Business Development, ideally on the publisher side
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the advertising market in the French region
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build internal and external networks
  • Structured work approach and goal-oriented mindset
