We are currently seeking a QSE Operations Manager (m/f) for our facility in Evian.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will take charge of the following responsibilities:
- Conducting Quality and Safety Audits (MASE Audit)
- Managing Documentation Systems / Personal Protective Equipment / Methods and Materials
You will be responsible for implementing the QSE system as defined by the DAC, focusing on the following key areas:
- Drafting and updating documentation related to specific operational processes (job sheets, operating ranges),
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the QSE system by collecting and analyzing QSE indicators to implement preventive and corrective actions,
- Promoting best practices and facilitating team meetings and discussions,
- Executing actions to achieve and maintain certifications,
- Reporting QSE metrics to management and clients while ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Overseeing the training and qualification of personnel, conducting safety briefings, and managing periodic mandatory checks (lifting equipment, harnesses, gas detectors, extinguishers, PPE),
- Participating in emergency drills (fire, product spill),
- Advising local management on daily QSE matters (preventive measures),
- Assisting in the deployment of new tools and ensuring their proper utilization,
- Performing internal and field QSE audits and analyzing workplace incidents,
- Monitoring QSE action plans and conducting field visits,
- Organizing and leading meetings with clients and staff on QSE topics.
Desired Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a background in QSE or agri-food sectors, or have substantial experience in QSE management. You should demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to supporting the supervisory team in managing a workforce of approximately thirty individuals.

A keen awareness of safety and environmental issues is essential, along with proficiency in monitoring and updating documentation such as PDP, protocols, quality controls, bacteriological assessments, and document archiving.
Note: This position does not require frequent travel. However, occasional trips may be necessary for training purposes.
Night shifts: 2 nights per week from 8:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Occasional Saturday shifts: 2 Saturdays per month.
