Key Responsibilities- Assist in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote food and beverage related products and services.
- Manage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Coordinate events and collaborate with various departments to achieve marketing goals.
- Must be a Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Malaysia due to work permit restrictions.
- Ideal candidate will have a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hotel or food and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret marketing campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website content management systems.
