The Peninsula Paris is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Food and Beverage department. As Director of Culinary Operations, you will be responsible for the efficient operations of the F&B department, ensuring the provision of high-quality food and beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales
  • Lead a diverse team of F&B professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Manage labor and payroll costs within budgetary requirements
  • Collaborate with Sales and PR personnel to design and implement marketing and sales programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage with guests and manage diverse teams
  • Fluent French and English language skills, with excellent presentation abilities
  • Good working knowledge of financial tools and processes
