About the Role
Groupe Iliad is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the company's compensation and benefits programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation strategies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all group geographies.
- Conduct annual compensation surveys and analyze market trends to inform compensation decisions.
- Implement job grading using industry-standard methodologies.
- Design and manage benefits programs, including comparative analyses and implementation of new schemes.
- Support HR on compensation-related issues, including salary equity and proposals for new hires.
- Manage executive compensation, including salary review, goal setting, performance management, and variable pay calculation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term incentive plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think innovatively and strategically.
- Project management experience and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Professional level of English language proficiency.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in finance, HR, or a related field.
- Possession of an MBA in Global Compensation and Benefits is a plus.
