**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Paris, France. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for managing and handling sales orders, complaints, and customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and handle sales orders according to current processes, ensuring adequate follow-up throughout the supply chain.
  • Prepare tenders for the public sector and secure follow-through on orders.
  • Manage and handle complaints and return orders, following current processes and ensuring closure on open customer topics.
  • Handle and manage various customer requests and inquiries from local customers.
  • Track sales orders, samples, freight, and discounts, providing bi-weekly updates to the team and monthly reports.
  • Support finance with overdue invoices, credit/rebill actions, and account rebalancing.
  • Perform minor administrative tasks to support the local sales office, such as vendor creation.
  • Act as a backup for all Customer Service Representatives in peak situations and unknown scenarios.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in international customer service, including order management, complaints, and credits.
  • Proven experience in ERP systems and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Navision.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Service, or Commerce.
  • Experience working in large and complex international organizations.
  • Fluent in French and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ability in business and customer support.
  • Collaborative, service-minded, structured, and quality-conscious.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to a busy and changing environment.
  • Proactive, open, and honest in all aspects of work.
