Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Manager

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Wolters Kluwer, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development of innovative software products. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of software products
  • Develop and implement software development processes and methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and implement software testing and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership
  • Strong technical skills in software development, testing, and quality assurance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
