**Job Summary**
AL Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies for product development, industrial transfer, and quality control operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies for product development, industrial transfer, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage the Development/Industrial Transfer, Quality Control, and support functions departments, driving business growth and improvement.
- Propose and oversee corrective and preventive actions related to quality events, audits, and inspections, ensuring a high level of quality and compliance.
- Manage support activities by setting up and analyzing performance indicators, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Advise and assist relevant departments on regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Address and manage regulatory requests from customers, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of departmental processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
**Qualifications:**
- Pharmacist/Engineer degree or equivalent.
- 10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Quality Control department.
- Strong expertise in managing regulatory requests and cross-functional projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent team player with clear and positive communication skills, able to drive projects forward and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Methodical, autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for multidisciplinary teamwork and sharing ideas, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
