Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Logistics Specialist to join our team at Host Broadcast Services (HBS). As a key member of our Logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for our staff and consultants.
Main Responsibilities
- Research and book travel options in accordance with corporate travel policies
- Administrate day-to-day travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow up on invoices
- Collaborate with travel operators and external suppliers
Requirements
- Previous experience in travel arrangements and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent English and French language skills
