Job Title: Logistics Assistant – Special Projects

Department: Logistics

Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, France

Manager: Manager Special Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our Special Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics arrangements for various events, including ice hockey championships, handball championships, and marathons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements for events
  • Secure services within allocated budgets
  • Update documents and database
  • Support the Coordinator in sourcing transportation, accommodation, and catering
  • Ensure all services are booked within the allocated budgets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics arrangements
  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
  • Detailed and thorough in checking documents
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of the organization and with external suppliers
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands

Language Requirements:

  • English and French: Fluent Spoken and Written
