- Job Title/Function: Logistics Travel Assistant

- Location: HBS Offices, Boulogne-Billancourt, France
- Type of Contract: Fixed Term
Purpose
The travel assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the travel department with day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless travel arrangements for Core Team staff and Consultants.
Main Activities/Responsibilities (Primary Role of the Job)
- Research and identify the most suitable travel options
- Book and administer day-to-day travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transfers, in accordance with corporate travel policies
- Attend to traveller profiles and preferences, including frequent flyer cards and passports
- Complete relevant documents to maintain a comprehensive overview of activities
- Follow up and approve invoices, adhering to HBS financial procedures
Position Relevant Skills (Education/Work Experience/IT)
HBS seeks individuals who thrive in fast-paced international environments, possess excellent customer service skills, are team players, quick learners, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. Additionally, a hands-on approach, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
- Previous experience in travel arrangements, both planning and operational roles
- Detailed and thorough in checking documents
- Prospective, proactive, and highly organized
- Comfortable with multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
- Patient and service-oriented
- Well-developed IT skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with individuals at various levels of the organization and external suppliers
- Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
