Atos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Projects Manager to lead impactful research initiatives.

As the R&D Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology by overseeing projects across diverse domains such as Edge Computing, Cloud Infrastructure, High-Performance Computing (HPC), Quantum Technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Guiding and executing R&D projects within these specialized technical areas.
  • Staying abreast of emerging industry trends and challenges in the field.
  • Defining strategic R&D themes and securing funding opportunities.
  • Leading the development and submission of compelling R&D proposals.
  • Managing complex R&D projects, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Negotiating and overseeing contracts and consortium agreements.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial and technical reports.
  • Developing robust processes and procedures for collaborative R&D environments.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in collaborative research and development endeavors.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical markets and industry landscapes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management methodologies.
  • Fluency in both French and English.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
  • Expertise in project management, contract negotiation, reporting, and risk assessment.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A willingness to travel for project meetings and conferences.
