Atos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Projects Manager to lead and drive impactful research initiatives.

As the R&D Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology by overseeing projects across diverse domains such as Edge Computing, Cloud Infrastructure, High-Performance Computing (HPC), Quantum Technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and guiding R&D teams in the development and execution of innovative research projects within these key technological areas.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis and staying abreast of emerging trends and challenges within the technology landscape.
  • Defining strategic R&D themes and securing funding opportunities to support groundbreaking research endeavors.
  • Managing the proposal process for R&D tenders, ensuring successful submissions that align with Atos's research objectives.
  • Overseeing large-scale R&D projects, coordinating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and consortium agreements related to collaborative R&D initiatives.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial and technical reports to track project progress and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Developing robust processes and procedures to optimize collaboration and knowledge sharing within R&D environments.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing collaborative research projects within the technology sector.
  • In-depth understanding of technical markets and a strong grasp of current industry trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
  • Relevant project management certifications that demonstrate your expertise in managing complex research initiatives.
  • Fluency in both French and English.

A Master's degree in a relevant field is essential, along with expertise in project management, contract negotiation, reporting, and risk assessment. You will thrive in an autonomous environment while seamlessly collaborating within teams.
