About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our Customer Engagement and Business Excellence Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer-centric initiatives and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Voice of the Customer program, including satisfaction surveys and market research, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Define and continuously measure performance indicators to ensure a good experience for our patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of the customer culture, ensuring all employees are aligned with our customer-centric strategy and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on strategic topics, using CRM data and external sources to identify growth drivers and areas of concern.
  • Participate in conferences, events, and workshops on Customer Experience to stay up-to-date on best practices and innovative approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving customer-centric initiatives and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
