We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our Customer Engagement and Business Excellence Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer-centric initiatives and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Voice of the Customer program, including satisfaction surveys and market research, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Define and measure performance indicators to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the dissemination of the customer culture across the organization, ensuring all employees are aligned with our customer-centric strategy.
- Analyze CRM data and propose external data sources to identify growth drivers and areas of concern.
- Participate in conferences, events, and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest customer experience trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
