Wallbox is seeking a skilled Territory Development Manager to join our team. As a Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for implementing OEM contracts and launch plans in the territory to ensure excellent service. You will also be responsible for building relationships with OEM HQ, dealers, and installers, as well as adapting training and marketing materials to local needs.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management role, with experience in EV business and launch plans implementation. They will also have knowledge of specific EV market characteristics in the territory and be able to lead and/or motivate others around them.

The Territory Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Implementing OEM contracts and launch plans in the territory
  • Building relationships with OEM HQ, dealers, and installers
  • Adapting training and marketing materials to local needs
  • Opening new business opportunities in OEM, Dealer Group, and local installers
  • Updating and analyzing KPI reports and proposing improvements
  • Providing product and service advice to existing customers
  • Handling expansions, issues, and updates in the customer project

The Territory Development Manager will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
