About the Position- Implement and monitor the HSE program, ensuring its application through HSE tools and policies.
- Advise the Project Manager on project HSE issues, aligning with client requirements and corporate standards.
- Organize site and subcontractor inspections to ensure compliance.
- Conduct on-site HSE exercises and lead risk identification and evaluation sessions.
- Develop and implement project-specific HSE procedures.
- Conduct audits of sites and subcontractors to ensure adherence to standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with HSE training or experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore oil projects or maritime works.
- Familiarity with industry standards and procedures of major oil companies and global Contractors.
- Proficient in office tools and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
