Senior Partner Manager

MicroStrategy is a leader in enterprise analytics and mobility software, empowering organizations to make better decisions and revolutionize their operations. We're seeking a Senior Partner Manager to establish and manage our partner ecosystem in the French-speaking regions of France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage partner relationships with VARs, Global SIs, regional SIs, and key ISVs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagements, qualified pipeline, and cloud bookings.
  • Coordinate sales activities and engage with partners to drive co-sell activities.
  • Present at QBRs, executive meetings, training, and events to share knowledge on partner strategies.
  • Interact with customers, strategic vendors, alliances, and other third parties to support co-sell activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, Account, Alliance, or Partner Management.
  • Proven experience in managing large global partnerships.
  • Proven people-management skills, including Partner Management teams.
  • Fluent in French and English languages.
