Your Role
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Partnerships Associate to join our Global Partnerships team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Commercial Service Partnerships. This role is pivotal in scaling and enhancing our established agency partner program throughout the EMEA South region.
The Senior Partnerships Associate will be responsible for refining our agency alliance strategy and go-to-market (GTM) plan. You will play a key role in acquiring and onboarding new agency partners in collaboration with the Partner Development Representative, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with a designated group of strategic and long-tail agency partners. Your efforts will be crucial in managing and developing our key strategic Global Partnerships with notable agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating and overseeing comprehensive GTM strategies with agency partners, aimed at generating quality new business opportunities.
- Assisting in the sales process alongside our sales teams, from initial prospecting to closing deals, in partnership with our agency collaborators.
- Enhancing unique value propositions and expertise with key strategic agency partners, effectively communicating this narrative internally and externally.
- Ensuring mutual accountability and partnership reciprocity, facilitating a steady flow of outsourced Braze implementation and managed services in exchange for new client opportunities.
- Regularly reviewing sales performance metrics with agency partners and Braze leadership, maintaining dashboards to illustrate the effectiveness of GTM initiatives.
- Collaborating across various Braze departments, including Tech and Cloud Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Partner Education & Enablement.
- Contributing to program development with senior leadership to improve existing operational methodologies.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships channel and cloud industry, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of generating measurable sourced pipeline and influencing revenue through a mature SaaS partner program.
- In-depth understanding of the agency and marketing services landscape, including service offering creation and lead generation.
- Experience in agency consultancy with a solid grasp of agency organizational structures and business dynamics.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present and sell ideas to executive audiences.
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex strategic initiatives across a large organization.
- Demonstrated drive and alignment with Braze Core Values, inspiring others to act.
