Job Title: Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager, France - Healthcare
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Partner & Account Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our channel partner network in France.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners, including hospitals, medical schools, and other healthcare institutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and RFPs, to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including marketing, product, and training, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to our management team to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or channel partner management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the French healthcare market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
