As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our Biologics manufacturing project. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a project forecast, utilizing the Corporate Engineering template or creating an alternate reporting tool. You will also be responsible for managing the Standard Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) within the Excel Spreadsheet, as well as utilizing existing SAP reports to gather data for cost reporting. Additionally, you will provide monthly and quarterly reports to the management team, including a monthly variance cash flow report. You will also be responsible for updating the project cash flow in the custom database, Capital Planning System (CAPS), for each individual CI, and maintaining Change Management and Maintenance of Risk Tracking Tools within the Excel Spreadsheet or alternate reporting tool. This role requires significant experience and strong problem-solving skills in project and program management, as well as a good understanding and experience with industry best practices for project management capital delivery processes and scheduling. You will also need to have an in-depth working knowledge of MS Excel for cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a project forecast
