Service Supervisor - Room Service - Fixed-Term Contract (M/F)
The Service Supervisor for Room Service is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests within the designated area of the establishment, adhering to the hotel's operational procedures. This role ensures optimal guest satisfaction throughout various service stages. The supervisor also promotes the dining venues and special culinary events organized by the hotel.Main Responsibilities:
- Set up, arrange, and oversee the section of the dining area under their responsibility,
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the equipment, beverages, and dish preparations listed on the menu,
- Be prepared to substitute for the order taker in their absence,
- Advise guests to ensure their complete satisfaction during service and contribute to maximizing the revenue of the dining area,
- Participate in or oversee order taking, ensure proper transmission, and serve food and beverages according to the hotel's and restaurant's procedures,
- Ensure the accuracy between the dishes prepared by the kitchen and the orders while maintaining the restaurant's quality standards,
- Manage the clearing and resetting of trays,
- Present the bill and process payments in accordance with hotel procedures,
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel,
- Carry out cleaning tasks following hotel protocols,
- Ensure optimal replenishment of minibars as per hotel guidelines,
- Assist in inventory management,
- Participate in linen management (setup, renewal, supply),
- Contribute to wine cellar management,
- Communicate effectively and ensure proper internal communication within the service team,
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations,
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential risks to guests or colleagues.
Qualifications / Required Knowledge:
- Higher education in Hospitality/Catering (e.g., BTS)
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Strong culinary culture

- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (e.g., Arabic, Russian...)
