Central Parking is a leading technology company in the electric vehicle charging industry, with a strong presence in over 50 countries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in France.
Missions and Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve after-sales service tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform remote diagnostics and on-site interventions to troubleshoot and repair our charging products.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during commissioning and installation.
- Coordinate and execute standard exchanges and spare parts shipments.
- Support internal processes, documentation, and software systems.
- Monitor and track actions, shipments, and returns of spare parts.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Opportunity to grow and develop within the company, with potential to lead a team of field technicians.

- Technical background in electrical engineering or IT.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the electric mobility industry is highly desirable.
- P1, P2, P3, and MA1 training would be a significant advantage.
- Native French language and excellent command of English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, CRM, and reporting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Location: Vélizy, 78 - Yvelines, with occasional travel to customer sites.
