Scope of the Role

You will be based in our International Headquarters at Gennevilliers and work closely with the Tubes HR Team.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of HR campaigns to enhance employee growth and engagement. • Work on key talent development projects to improve employee skills and knowledge. • Coordinate global training programs, including the organization of training sessions and follow-up on completion. • Gather and share best practices among HR networks to improve HR processes. • Support HR communication, working closely with the communication manager and HR Business Partners. • Analyze HR trends and benchmarks to contribute to the improvement of our HR Roadmap.

Accountability and Key Performance Indicators

• Contribute to the quality and impact of HR campaigns. • Support training roll-out and ensure successful completion. • Gather and share best practices to improve HR processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• You are pursuing a master's degree or equivalent with an HR specialization and have at least 6 months of internship experience in an HR role. • You are proactive, rigorous, and have knowledge of project management. • You enjoy building relationships with internal stakeholders. • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • You are fluent in English.
