- Analyze and Interpret: You will meticulously review electrical installation plans and diagrams provided by our engineering department, ensuring a thorough understanding of project specifications.
- Strategic Planning: In collaboration with the site manager, you will define efficient work methods, optimizing workflow and resource allocation for each project.
- Team Leadership and Management: You will effectively organize and manage your team's workload, overseeing equipment utilization and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Safety First: Your commitment to safety is paramount. You will diligently enforce all relevant safety regulations and protocols on site.
- Hands-On Execution: You will actively participate in the execution of electrical installations, providing guidance and support to your team members.
- Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for commissioning and conducting quality control checks on all installations, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Communication and Reporting: You will promptly report any malfunctions or issues encountered during the project to management, facilitating timely resolution.
This is a full-time position with day shifts. The hourly rate ranges from €13 to €14 depending on your experience and qualifications.
