Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Flowserve Pompes SAS. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Arnage site, managing a team of engineers, and coordinating with other departments to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out on-site interventions, including performance, reliability, and vibration measurements and diagnostics, and coordinate worksites as required.
  • Coordinate departmental design activities, interfacing with Technical Services as needed, and manage project completion and technical feedback.
  • Manage customer contracts and on-site interventions, including repair, upgrade, and maintenance activities, in French and English, for various markets.
  • Ensure the organization and management of external interventions and act as the technical interface with other departments.
Requirements
  • Bac +5 degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, and knowledge of SAP in SD, MM, and PP.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
