As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts at Believe, one of the foremost digital music enterprises globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the effective implementation and utilization of our recruitment tools, including ATS and CRM systems such as SmartRecruiters and AssessFirst.
- Conduct data quality checks and perform analyses on Talent Acquisition data to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR Data and HRIS teams to ensure timely updates of key performance metrics related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and various recruitment tools.
