About the Project:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at TMC, an international high-tech consultancy company. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date terms and references of our contracts, managing contracts with suppliers, and driving positive changes in our operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain standard contracts and RFP, RFQ & RFI documents based on different agreements and requirements.
- Manage contracts from creation through execution to termination, including oversight of already signed contracts.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop contractual terms and clauses.
- Perform analysis against contract terms to maximize operational and financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate financial and reputational risks through compliance monitoring.
- Finalize new contracts, addendums, etc., in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Oversee the RFP, RFQ & RFI process, ensuring appropriate execution, document templates, legal terms, and standard contracts.
- Produce monthly contract monitoring reports and scorecards for contracts with service-level agreements.
- Disseminate information on contract content to operational departments.
- Participate in due diligence activities for project contracts.
- Prepare and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure contract compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Inform internal and external stakeholders of contract status.
- Investigate and address contractual issues and legal disputes.
- Identify and document the required contract signature process.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of contracts and budgetary mechanisms.
- Familiarity with RFP, RFQ & RFI documentation practices.
- Understanding of SWOT analysis for partners and service providers within contractual perimeters.
- Analytical and synthetic skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deal effectively with confidential information.
- English proficiency, both spoken and written.
