Our client is a leading innovative company in the cosmetics industry based in Remis, recognized for the quality of its products. In the context of its hyper-growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to accompany its development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance via the CMMS;
  • Lead, animate, and pilot the activity of their team;
  • Manage a team of 3 people;
  • Detect and intervene on various problems: fluid management, mechanical maintenance, electrical engineering, hydraulic, and pneumatic;
  • Closely collaborate with the different services of the factory (Quality, Production, Logistics, Safety...);
  • Continuously optimize the organization of maintenance;
  • Ensure the conformity of regulated equipment (pressure, lifting, electricity...).

Requirements:

  • Formation Bac+2 (BTS MI, BTS MAI, DUT GEII, etc.) in Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechanics;
  • At least 5 years of experience on production sites, ideally in the process industry (cosmetics, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food industry...);
  • Strong technical skills in multiple disciplines: electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics, automation, and pneumatics;
  • Accustomed to working in support of production and ensuring night shifts (daytime post);
  • A taste for the field, problem-solving skills, and prioritization sense will be key to success;
  • Managerial appetite.
