IT SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECT MANAGER
The IT Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing various projects from initial feasibility studies to full operational deployment, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders.
- Direct and implement application solutions within the Production & Quality sector, ensuring seamless integration into the information system and thorough documentation (specifications).
- Assess, analyze, and advocate for business requirements for new IT initiatives or substantial upgrades.
- Identify issues and implement necessary business and application adjustments.
- Recommend application enhancements or investigate new technologies aligned with the established IT strategy.
- Offer methodological guidance to operational teams and ensure adherence to suggested practices.
- Track benefits realized post-implementation of actions/projects and pinpoint discrepancies along with corrective action plans.
Validation Responsibilities
- Facilitate quality validation of computerized systems as required.
- Develop validation plans and risk assessments in collaboration with business experts.
- Draft and conduct Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
Project Management Duties
- Identify projects for continuous improvement within the domain.
- Oversee all projects in the domain and drive the implementation of new functionalities, both functionally and technically, including testing phases.
- Participate as a team member or project manager on active projects.
- Collaborate with various service providers and monitor their contributions (deliverables, timelines, budget).
- Provide regular updates to management and business stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Business with a focus on Information Systems.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Proficient in office software.
- Understanding of enterprise processes and related systems within the operational domain.
- Expertise in ERP D365.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in integrating various systems within the operational domain.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Aptitude for analyzing and synthesizing information.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Decisive and capable of making informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in validating computer systems processes.
