IT Supply Chain Project Lead
LABORATOIRES MAYOLY SPINDLER is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Supply Chain Project Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the supply chain domain.
- Project Management Expertise:
- Lead and deliver application solutions for the Production & Quality domain, ensuring seamless integration into the existing information system and comprehensive documentation (specifications).
- Identify, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable IT project requirements or significant system overhauls.
- Proactively detect malfunctions and implement necessary business and application corrections to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of applications and explore innovative technologies aligned with the defined IT strategy.
- Methodological Guidance & Support:
- Provide methodological guidance to operational staff, fostering the adoption of recommended project management practices.
- Monitor the progress and outcomes of implemented actions/projects, identifying any deviations and developing corrective action plans.
- Validation & Quality Assurance:
- Organize quality validation processes for computerized systems as required.
- Collaborate with business experts to develop comprehensive validation plans and risk analyses.
- Execute IQ/OQ/PQ procedures to ensure system compliance and reliability.
Profile Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Business with a specialization in Information Systems.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the IT supply chain domain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise processes and associated systems within the manufacturing and quality control sectors.
- Expertise in ERP D365 solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, utilizing established methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience integrating various systems within the supply chain domain.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent decision-making and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in computer systems validation processes.
