Herrera Headhunters - Eversun is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to take ownership of the sales process for our recruitment services. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Autonomous Work: Work independently to seek out new business opportunities and take initiative in managing the sales process.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Take complete responsibility for managing the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Lead Generation: Independently identify and source potential clients through various means, including cold calling, online research, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to reach and attract businesses in need of recruitment services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Tailored Proposals: Customize sales proposals and presentations to address each client's unique needs and business objectives.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Herrera Headhunters.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and independently generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' business needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision, while maintaining high levels of motivation and focus.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English: Both written and spoken English at a high level is required for client communication.
  • Fluent French: Both written and spoken English at a high level is required for client communication.
