Herrera Headhunters - Eversun is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through proactive sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and independently generate new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand clients' business needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision, while maintaining high levels of motivation and focus.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent English: Both written and spoken English at a high level is required for client communication.
- Fluent French: Both written and spoken English at a high level is required for client communication.
