About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Pricing and SRM Lead. As a key member of our European Pricing and Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing and driving our European Pricing and SRM strategy across all 28 markets in the European Union.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
  • Partner with local SRM/PHs to ensure effective execution of pricing strategies and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams.
