Description du poste
Vous rejoindrez Publicis Media France, où vous aurez pour mission principale d'assister activement la conduite du Programme de Conformité au RGPD de Publicis Media France et de ses agences (Zenith, Blue 449, Spark, Starcom, Performics...).
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec l'équipe DPOps France (Data Privacy Operations) et serez rattaché(e) au Data Privacy Executive Sponsor de chaque agence.
Missions
Gouvernance
- Coordonner le travail des référents RGPD des agences.
- Animer des réunions de suivi.
- Participer à l'élaboration de rapports sur la conformité au RGPD des agences.
Formation
- Aider à organiser des sessions de formation.
- Participer à l'élaboration des ressources.
- Animer des formations.
Documentation de conformité
- Support aux référents RGPD et aux équipes opérationnelles.
- Complétion des documents de conformité tels que les registres RGPD, les listes de clients et de fournisseurs pour le suivi des contrats.
- Revue des documents complétés par les agences.
Support Client
- Assister les équipes clients pour garantir que les questions/demandes des clients relatives au RGPD reçoivent une réponse adaptée et en temps utile.
- Coordonner la résolution des questions/demandes avec les équipes juridiques et/ou techniques.
- Suivi des contrats/DPA clients avec les équipes opérationnelles et juridiques.
Due Diligence Fournisseurs
- Coordonner les processus de due diligence fournisseurs au sein des agences.
- Participer aux processus : suivi des contrats avec les équipes opérationnelles et juridiques, envoi et revue des questionnaires de conformité.
Due Diligence Interne
- Coordonner les processus au sein des agences.
- Assistance aux agences pour répondre aux demandes des personnes concernées.
- Assistance aux agences pour gérer les violations de données.
Qualifications
Nous recherchons un professionnel possédant une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en maîtrise du RGPD. Une bonne compréhension des enjeux de l'industrie de la communication et des agences média, ainsi qu'une culture digitale, sont requises.
