Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our initiatives in the SMB and Mid-Market sectors in France and Southern Europe. As the manager of the team focused on these markets, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, improving sales performance, and identifying opportunities to simplify and refine processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Account Executives across France and Southern Europe.
- Coach the team to qualify inbound customers into the right motion and close.
- Drive pipeline growth through outbound efforts.
- Improve Sales performance by enhancing the team's processes and workflows based on data analysis.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure your team's and their customers' needs are met.
- 3+ years of sales team management in SaaS, with quota-carrying responsibilities.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to develop a deep knowledge of how our products work.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and skilled in fostering growth for a team of account executives.
