Job Title: Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Industrial and Financial Systems (IFS). As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our strategic target accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for nominated industries, including preparation and maintenance of territory plans and account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to value-based selling, leveraging IFS's award-winning products and portfolio to bring value to customers.
  • Identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities with our existing customer base.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to penetrate into accounts, creating joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and over-achieving sales quota in enterprise software sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a local language relevant to the market geography.
  • Ability to work within a matrix-rich organization, building relationships and finding support to get the job done.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with innate curiosity and resilience.
