Job Title: Junior Account Manager

STS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team in France. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales accounts and developing customized sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update management on client account status by preparing detailed reports on sales performance and project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers and the sales team to develop and execute customized sales strategies.
  • Assist in contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, while maintaining accurate documentation for all sales interactions and contracts.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in sales roles, sales account management, key account management, or similar, within the renewable energy industry in France.
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: 50,000 EUR
  • Variable Pay
  • Commission
