About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team, providing expert support to our customers with current and future installed tools at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
  • Be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction with our service and maintaining the operational quality of system equipment.
  • Provides assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
  • Ability to understand and tackle problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electro-optical systems to address on-site customer problems.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French language is a must.
  • Experience working on electronic systems within semiconductor, medical devices, defense, aerospace, or aviation industry is a plus.
