We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our service and maintaining the operational quality of our system equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues with our complex capital equipment.
- Collaborate with Installation Engineers to resolve problems and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our support services.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise.
- Fluent in English and French language.
- Strong technical background, with experience in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electro-optical systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
