Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate front office purchasing with the finance team and maintain accurate records.
- Train and develop front office team members in departmental operating standards.
- Improve front office operations by implementing productivity management and energy savings programs.
- Lead daily concierge and front office briefings and monthly employee meetings.
- Drive performance of front office and concierge team members through performance appraisals, coaching, and counseling.
- Ensure accuracy of data collected on registration cards and closure of pending revenue in a timely manner.
- Oversee implementation of a training plan for front office and concierge team members.
- Monitor and update training records and schedules to ensure planning and completion is carried out as per hotel standard.
- Be well-familiar with hotel policies and procedures, physical layout, and emergency procedures.
- Ensure confidential records and information are properly safeguarded.
Requirements:
- Previous senior leadership experience within Front Office required.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
