This role is primarily based in France, requiring significant travel to Central African nations (approximately 50% of the time).
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably with team leadership experience.
- Cultural awareness and understanding of African markets is highly valued.
- Proficiency in French is mandatory.
- Attributes such as initiative, dynamism, motivation, practical problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, technical leaders, and operational teams.
- Must demonstrate availability, diligence, open-mindedness, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- A good command of English is necessary.
