Technical Operations Manager - Career Opportunity
- Establish and execute strategies for both corrective and preventive maintenance while enhancing the efficiency of production machinery.
- Oversee various initiatives aligned with the factory's investment strategies: Prepare specifications, engage in supplier negotiations, ensuring adherence to Group HSE standards.
- Formulate and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring compliance in the short, medium, and long term.
- Lead and mentor a maintenance team of approximately ten individuals, focusing on skill development (planning, recruitment, meetings, training).
- Supervise projects until they reach operational status: Collaborate closely with external stakeholders alongside production and maintenance teams, prioritizing factory safety.
- Provide management with updates on project progress and reporting.
- Ensure the creation of essential technical documentation for operational processes and facilitate knowledge transfer to technical teams.
- Promote safety within teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Act as the technical authority within the organization.
For this Technical Operations Manager role, candidates should possess an engineering degree and have relevant experience in a comparable position, preferably within the heavy industry sector. A hands-on approach, coupled with robust technical expertise and prior team management experience, is essential.
