About Booking.com

We're a global leader in online travel and accommodation, and we're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team in Nice. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our accommodation partners, helping them to grow their business and improve their performance on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively communicate with partners to assist with business development and provide market insights.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, providing support and guidance to ensure they offer the best availability and competitive pricing to our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on Booking.com's products and services, and be able to explain their benefits and usage to partners.
  • Identify opportunities for partners to improve their performance and help them to prioritize their efforts.
  • Support the organization of events and workshops for partners, and encourage them to attend industry events.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and French.
  • Affinity or experience within e-commerce and/or travel industry.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A great teammate, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change.
