At Sealed Air, we are committed to fostering a culture that promotes growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team in France, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
• Anticipate and meet customer needs, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share in France.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new customers.
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in technical sales and/or project sales with a multinational company.
• Strong understanding of the flexible packaging and liquid food processing industries.
• Fluent in French and excellent written and spoken English skills.
• High energy and drive to meet customer expectations and deliver results in challenging circumstances.
• Strong networking skills, both internally and externally, to collaborate with stakeholders and influence customer decision-making.
