packaging Business Growth Director

SEE designs and delivers packaging solutions that protect essential goods transported worldwide, preserve food, enable e-commerce and digital connectivity, and help create a global supply chain that is touchless, safer, less wasteful, and more resilient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote SEE as the leader in large or low volume parenteral (LVP) packaging, ostomy barrier film, and biopharmaceutical film, driving sales and market presence.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the business's reach and success in the medical sector.
- Become a trusted business partner for existing key customers by proactively engaging in dialogue, service, and interaction to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop new prospects by identifying and converting potential opportunities into regular, ongoing sales, expanding our customer base.
- Collaborate with the I&D team on new product ideas and development, ensuring our offerings meet market demands.
- Explore parallel markets to identify additional opportunities for growth and diversification.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level with a preference for technical subjects.
- Experience in the field, ideally with exposure to the medical sector, demonstrating good business acumen and communication skills.
- Willing to travel more than 40% of the time and develop relationships with new prospects.
- Represent SEE in international exhibitions and congresses.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and at least one other language (preferably German, but French, Italian, or Spanish also accepted).
