Strategic Communication Advisor

OBJECTIVES

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary communication expert for various divisions within AXA GO, demonstrating how they align with AXA's strategic goals by implementing innovative solutions in areas such as Gen AI, InsurTech, and security, while also supporting the transformation of AXA Group Operations.

o Establishing and executing an annual communication strategy that supports the ambitions of the divisions under your oversight in relation to other entities within the Group and the market.

o Managing global relationships with different professional families and experts to foster a strong community.

o Advising senior leaders and spokespersons on effective communication strategies regarding their initiatives.

As a member of the global communication team, you will contribute to defining, implementing, and deploying the communication strategy for Group Operations.

o Overseeing specific global communication projects that create business value.

o Initiating new projects that can enhance the team's communication expertise (tools, systems, content management).

o Participating in and contributing to the governance of global communication.

  • Developing and overseeing the production of communication materials with the support of communication experts and innovative solutions (internal TV studio, podcasts, etc.).

o Leading and supervising the creation of communication content supported by other communication specialists in the department.

o Designing and producing internal live broadcasts.

Identifying, selecting, analyzing, and validating potential external communication opportunities to position AXA as a leader in technology and innovation in the market:

o Major global technology and insurance events

o Media opportunities in collaboration with AXA Group Communication

o Content for social media platforms

Technical and Professional Skills:

  • 8 years of proven experience in communication, preferably in technology and data sectors
  • A degree in communication, business, political science, or economics
  • Strong communication skills, including a high proficiency in both oral and written communication
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Community management expertise
  • Knowledge of IT, security, and technological trends
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional multicultural teams across departments.
  • Experience/training in project management (planning, budgeting, etc.)
